品管圈降低住院患者血压漏测率的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨品管圈降低住院患者血压漏测率的效果。方法:选取开展QCC活动现状把握阶段2014年8月1日-8月31日收住心血管内科,需要进行血压监测的患者159例为对照组,以QCC活动对策实施阶段2014年10月1日-10月31日符合纳入标准的患者145例为观察组。通过品管圈活动的实施,寻求血压漏测的要因,制定相应对策并实施,比较两组住院患者血压漏测率、血压漏测各原因以及QCC活动前后圈员的自身评价。结果:观察组住院患者血压漏测发生率显著低于对照组;分析血压漏测的原因,两组比较,除未使用提醒标识外,测血压时间安排不合理、交接班执行不力、患者思想重视不足、其它原因比较,差异均有统计学意义(<0.05);QCC活动前后圈员自我评价比较,团队合作精神、积极性、责任感、解决问题的能力、品管圈手法、自信心及和谐程度差异均有统计学意义(<0.05)。结论:QCC的应用不仅能够有效降低住院患者血压漏测的发生率,更有利于科室的团队建设和个人自身综合素质的提高。Objective： To explore the effect of quality control circle （QCC） in reducing the rate of leakage measure blood pressure in hospitalized patients.Methods：From August 1 to August 31 in 2014,a total of 159 hospitalized patients at the stage of present situation investigation were extracted as control group,while a total of 145 hospitalized patients at the stage of implementation countermeasures from October 1 to October 31 in 2014 were extracted as observation group.Through implementing QCC,seek the main causes of current problems,make corresponding countermeasure and implement,to compare the rate of leakage measuring blood pressure ,all causes of leakage measuring blood pressure and self-evaluation of nurses between two groups.Result：The rate of leakage measure blood pressure of hospitalized patients in the observation group was lower than it in the control group （P〈 0.05）.Except for no remaid label,all causes were statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Comparing with self evaluation of the members at QCC activity before and after,team spirit,initiative,responsibility ,skills of solving problem,QCC manipulation and self-confidence were statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The application of QCC can effectively reduce the rate of leakage measure of blood pressure in hospitalized patients ,Strengthen team building and improve the overall quality of the individual.
