新疆北疆基层住院医师继续医学教育需求的调查

摘　　要：目的:调查分析基层住院医师继续医学教育需求的现状,为完善基层住院医师继续医学教育质量提供依据。方法:对北疆片区128名基层住院医师进行问卷调查,数据录入和分析采用SPSS17.0软件。结果:基层住院医师对继续医学教育重要性认识一致;缺乏自主学习的态度、学习效率不高及自身基础知识不足是影响继续医学教育质量的主要因素。结论:强化医师继续学习的意愿,满足继续教育需求,改进继续教育模式,以提高继续医学教育质量。Objective： To investigate and assess the requirements of primary care physicians as to improve the quality of continuing medical education.Methods：A total of 128 North Xinjiang primary care physicians were surveyed by a questionnaire.Data analysis was performed with SPSS17.0 software.Results：All physicians have recognized the importance of continuing medical education.It is regards that the major effecting factors were they rarely had autonomous learning attitude,lacked of learning efficiency and basic knowledge.Conclusion：It is necessary to strengthen the autonomous learning attitude and meet the demand of physician＇s and Improve the education mode can boost the quality continuing medical education.
