摘　　要：在国家政策的引导和支持下,民办高校得到蓬勃发展,已经成为国家高等教育的重要补充。非营利性民办高校作为区别于公办高校和营利性民办高校的特殊群体,发挥着重要作用。非营利性民办高校不要求合理回报,实行公益性办学,但哪种办学体制更加适合其健康发展值得我们深入研究。对该问题的分析有助于推动国家营利性与非营利性民办高校分类管理工作的实施。Under the guidance and support of the national policies,the private universities burst out and become an important supplement to the national higher education. Different from the public colleges and the for-profit universities,the non-profit universities have played an important role through the public welfare education which requires little in the reasonable return. But as for which school-running system is more suitable for the development,it merits our in-depth study. Meanwhile,the analysis of the problem also contributes to promote the implementation of the classification and management of for-profit and non-profit private universities throughout the country.
