摘　　要：目的建立炎热清片中龙胆苦苷含量的反相高效液相色谱法。方法色谱柱采用Agilent He—C18柱（250mm×4．6mm，5μm）；流动相甲醇-0．4％磷酸（10：90—60：40，0—30mim），梯度洗脱；流速1．0mL／min；检测波长270nm；柱温25℃。结果龙胆苦苷进样量在0．2208—1．6470μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系（r=0．9997）；平均回收率为97．19％，RSD为1．07％（n=6）。结论该方法简便，可行、重现性好，可用于炎热清片中龙胆苦苷的含量测定。Objective To establish an RP- HPLC method for the content determinate of gentiopicroside in Yanreqing Tablets. Methods The Agilent Hc-C18（250 mm×4. 6 mm, 5 μm） chromatography column was used, gradient elution was carried out with methanol-0. 4% phosphoric acid（10 ： 90→60：40,0→30 mim） as mobile phase, the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, the detection wavelength was 270 nm, the column temperature was 25 ℃. Results The calibration curve of gentiopicroside was in a good linearity in the range of 0. 220 8- 1. 647 0 μg（ r = 0. 999 7）. The average recovery rate was 97.19%, RSD was 1.07% （n = 6）. Conclusion The method is simple, feasible and reproducible, and it can be used in the content determination of gentiopicroside in Yanreqing Tablets.
