摘　　要：本文阐述了湿式除污器的工作原理和技术特点,重点介绍了湿式除污器在陶瓷行业干燥窑和喷雾干燥塔湿法脱硫尾部烟气治理的应用情况。通过工程实例分析表明:湿式除污器能有效去除烟气中的粉尘微粒、SO_3酸雾、气溶胶、Hg等重金属,并很好地解决湿法烟气脱硫所携带的石膏雨问题,最终实现超低排放。This paper analyzed the working principle and technical characteristics of wet electrostatic precipitator, introduced the application of wet electrostatic precipitator for the treatment of flue gas in ceramic industry drying kiln and spray drying tower of wet flue gas desulfurization. Based on the study and analysis, it is considered that wet electrostatic precipitator can efficiently remove fine particles, SO3 acid mists, aerosol, Hg and other heavy metals, and solved the problem of gypsum rain carried by wet flue gas desulfurization system, finally realization of ultra low emissions.
