摘　　要：从对鞍钢1580mm精轧除鳞箱入口夹送辊在生产中存在诸多问题入手，对原设计进行了改进，从而提高了除鳞箱夹送辊的运行稳定性，延长了使用寿命。There are many problems existing in the entry pinch roll of the descaling box of 1580mm finishing mill. Make a modification on the original design so as to improve the stability of the pinch roll and prolong the service lifetime.
