家庭延伸性护理对全膝关节置换术后患者康复的影响

摘　　要：目的研究家庭延伸性护理对全膝关节置换术患者术后康复的影响。方法将290例全膝关节置换术患者随机分为观察组和对照组各145例。观察组在常规治疗、护理的基础上实施家庭延伸性护理,将培训后的家属纳入患者护理体系,并配合护士对出院患者术后康复进行指导、监督。采取纽约特种外科医院膝关节(HSS)评分和自我护理能力测定表(ESCA)评分,对患者术后康复效果进行评价,并进行护理满意度测评。结果观察组患者术后1、3、6个月时,ESCA评分和HSS评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者对护理质量的满意度明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论家庭延伸性护理可有效提高全膝关节置换术患者术后康复质量,和谐医患关系,提高患者的满意度。Objective To study the influence of extended family nursing on postoperative rehabilitation of total knee replacement. Methods 290 patients with total knee arthroplasty were randomly divided into control group （145 cases） and observation group （145 cases）. The control group was treated with routine treatment and nursing. The observation group was treated with extended family nursing under the treatment of control group. The effect of rehabilitation were evaluated with HSS score and self-care assay table （ESCA）. The nursing satisfaction was observed. Results ESCA score and HSS scores 1, 3 and 6 months after operation of observation group were significantly higher than that of control group （P〈0.05）. The satisfaction degree of care of observation group was better than that of control group （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Extended family nursing can improve the extensibility of total knee arthroplasty patients＇ quality of rehabilitation, harmonious doctor patient relationship and patient satisfaction.
