聚焦超声联合巴特日七味丸治疗慢性宫颈炎临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨聚焦超声联合巴特日七味丸治疗慢性宫颈炎的临床效果和安全性。方法 120例慢性宫颈炎患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各60例,对照组应用聚焦超声治疗,观察组聚焦超声治疗后口服巴特日七味丸,2g/次,2次/d,连续15d。观察2组治疗效果,记录阴道排液/出血时间,随访观察复发情况。结果治疗后2周,2组治愈率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后8周对照组治愈率(78.33%)低于观察组(96.67%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组阴道排液/出血时间[(6.15±1.72)d]较对照组[(11.21±2.02)d]短(P<0.05);治疗后8周,观察组复发率(8.34%)低于对照组(23.34%)(P<0.05)。结论应用聚焦超声联合巴特日七味丸治疗慢性宫颈炎疗效及安全性好,可缩短阴道排液/出血时间,降低复发率。Objective To observe the clinical effect and safety of focused ultrasound combined with Bateriqiwei pills in the treatment of chronic cervicitis. Methods A total of 120 patients with chronic cervieitis were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 60 patients in each group. Control group received focused ultrasound, besides which observation group received oral administration of Baiteriqiwei pills 2 g per time, twice a day, totally for 15 days. The clinical effects were evaluated, the vaginal discharge/bleeding time was recorded, and the recurrence was observed in two groups. Results There was no significant difference in the curative rate between two groups （P〉0. 05）. And the curative rate was significantly higher in observation group （96.67%） than that in control group （78.33%） in 8 weeks after treatment （P（0.05）. The vaginal discharge/bleeding time was significantly shorter in observation group （（6.15 ± 1.72） d） than that in control group （（11.21±2.02） d） （P（0.05）. The recurrence rate in 8 weeks after treatment was significantly lower in observation group （8.34 % ） than that in control group （23.34 %） （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Focused ultrasound combined with Bateriqiwei pills can improve the effective rate, shorten the vaginal discharge/bleeding time and reduce the recurrence rate for chronic cervicitis.
