摘  要:屯宝选煤厂建成后,因入水后的煤泥水分增高、发热量降低,降低了选煤厂效益。分析了该厂的煤泥组成及其被脱除的可能性,通过合理设置产品结构、深度筛分、脱泥入选、减小冲击破碎等技术措施,配合原煤仓保持一定的仓存、保持产销平衡、加强设备的维护和保养等管理措施,降低了屯宝选煤厂末煤产品中的煤泥产量,保证了产品质量。After completion of Tunbao coal preparation plant the economic benefit declined,due to the increased moisture in the coal slime which gets into water and the reduced calorific value. Analyzes the composition of coal slime and the possibility of coal slime removal. By technical measures like optimizing product structure,deep screening,desliming and reducing impact crushing and so on,combines with management measures such as maintaining a certain level of material in raw coal bin,balancing production and sales,as well as strengthening the maintenance of equipments,the coal slime yield of slack coal in the Tunbao coal preparation plant is reduced,and the product quality is guaranteed.
