摘 要:氧的代谢对于维持有氧生命至关重要,氧化损伤是过量的活性氧产物和抗氧化系统受到抑制或损伤导致的病理结果,该病理变化与多种疾病密切相关。其中在糖尿病及其并发症发病机制中,氧化损伤扮演了重要角色。糖尿病视网膜病变(diabetic retinopathy,DR)是糖尿病常见的并且严重的微血管并发症,也是主要的致盲性眼病之一。在DR发病过程中,线粒体DNA受到的氧化损伤是关键的病理过程,研究中以8-羟基脱氧鸟苷含量来反映DNA氧化损伤水平,它早已是公认的体内氧化损伤标志物。本文就线粒体DNA氧化损伤以及8-羟基脱氧鸟苷在DR中研究进展作一综述。Oxygen metabolism is vital for maintaining aerobic life,oxidative damage is a pathological result of excessive reactive oxygen species and restrained or damaged antioxidant system,which is closely related to many diseases. Especially in diabetes and its complications,oxidative damage plays an important role. D iabetic retinopathy( D R) is the common and serious microvascular complication of diabetes,which is also one of main blinding eye diseases. In the process of D R,the oxidative damage of mitochondrial DNA( mt DNA) is the key pathological change,in many studies the content of 8-hydroxy-deoxyguanosine( 8-O Hd G) was used to evaluate the oxidative damage level of mt DNA,which has already been recognized as the biomarker of oxidative damage in the body. This passage review s the research progression of the oxidative damage of mt DNA and 8-O Hd G linked with D R.
