摘 要:目的建立红外光谱技术快速鉴别延胡索混伪品的方法。方法应用红外光谱技术结合相似度计算及应用沃德法进行聚类分析,对延胡索混伪品进行微量快速鉴别。结果在类间距大于58.0515时,应用聚类分析的方法可有效鉴别延胡索与各种混伪品,与相似度计算结果一致。结论红外光谱技术结合聚类分析法和相似度计算方法,具有快速,微量,可重复等优点,可实现延胡索及各混伪品的鉴别。Objective To establish a rapid method to differentiate Corydlis Rhizoma from its counterfeits and substitutes. Methods To analyse Corydlis Rhizoma and its counterfeits and substitutes by infrared spectroscopy. Using computing the spectral comparability and the Ward'S Algorithm for cluster analysis. Results The method based on cluster analysis of Corydlis Rhizoma could identify its counterfeits and substitutes while the class separation distance is greater than 58. 0515. The results were consistent with the similarity calculation. Conclusion The method is fast and repeatable which can be used for the identification of Corydlis Rhizoma and its counterfeits and substitutes.
