摘　　要：目的探讨轻度认知障碍(mild cognitive impairment,MCI)患者的脑血管反应性(CVR)改变。方法根据蒙特利尔量表(Mo CA)的评估结果,将136例疗养员分为MCI组(68例)和对照组(68例),收集临床资料并分析认知损害特点;采用经颅多普勒(TCD)屏气试验,检测两组人群的屏气指数(BHI),作为CVR的评价指标。结果 MCI组空腹血糖(FBG)、总胆固醇(TG)、三酰甘油(TC)、收缩压(SBP)均高于对照组(P<0.05);MCI组除了总体认知水平降低,各认知域中视空间及执行功能、注意、抽象、延迟回忆功能明显受损(P<0.05);BHI值明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 MCI的发生与血糖、血脂、血压控制不佳相关,认知损害以视空间及执行功能、注意、抽象、延迟回忆功能为主。MCI患者的脑血管反应性受损。Objective To investigate the changes of cerebrovascular reactivity（CVR） in sufferers with mild cogni- tive impairment（MCI）.Methods 136 convalescents were divided into MCI group（n=68） and control group（n=68） according to Montreal Cognitive Assessment（MoCA） scores, and the clinical date were collected and the characteristics of cognitive impairment were analyzed.Transcranial Doppler ultrasound breath-holding test was adopted to check the breath-holding index（BHI）, which was taken as index of CVR assessment. Results The levels of fasting blood glucose （FBG）, total cholesterol （TC）, triglyceride （TG） and systolic blood pressure （SBP）were significantly higher in the MCI group than those in the control group （P 〈0.05）.Apart from the low MoCA total scores, the visuospatial/executive function, attention, abstraction and delayed recall in cognitive domain were clearly damaged in the MCI group （P 〈 0.05）;BHI value was significantly lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.Gonclusion MCI is related to poor control of blood glucose, blood lipid and blood pressure, and cognitive impairment mainly shows in visuospatial/execu- tive fimction, attention, abstraction and delayed recall.The CVR in sufferers with MCI is impaired.
