老年疗养员健康教育需求调查分析及施教对策

摘　　要：目的了解老年疗养员健康教育的特点及规律,从而针对性地提出对老年疗养员进行健康教育的新方法。方法采用自行设计的《疗养员健康教育需求调查表》和国际通用的《谢华真健康商数测评问卷》,对2014-10—2015-12在济南军区青岛第一疗养院疗养的300名60岁以上疗养员进行问卷调查,回收有效问卷294份。结果调查显示,老年疗养员普遍具有对健康知识需求度高、知识需求种类多样、获取健康知识途径单一、健康知识掌握不深入等问题。结论针对上述特点,提出对于老年疗养员采用长周期、多载体、针对性的分类健康教育的对策,丰富了疗养护理内涵,提高了健康教育的效果,取得了疗养员的一致好评。Objective To investigate the characteristics and demands of health education among elderly convales- cents, so as to pertinently propose new methods of health education for elderly convalescents. Methods Self-designed Questionnaire about Health Education Demands among Convalescents and internationally accepted Xie Huazhen Health Quotient Evaluation Questionnaire were adopted to conduct a survey on 300 convalescents over 60 years old at Qing- dao No. 1 Sanatorium ,Jinan Military Region from October 2014 to December 2015.294 valid questionnaires were re- trieved.Results The survey showed there were some general problems among the elderly convalescents such as a high demand for health knowledge, numerous in variety of knowledge demand, simple access to health knowledge ac- quirement, and the depth lack of health knowledge.Conclusion Considering the above characteristics, we put forward a new countermeasure of classified health education for elderly convalescents which has a long period, more carriers, and specific targets. It enriches the connotation of recuperation nursing, improves the effect of health education and has achieved the convalescents＇ consistent high praise.
