咽部带状疱疹病毒感染后致神经麻痹伴吸入性肺炎2例

摘　　要：带状疱疹病毒属于一种嗜神经病毒,大多数人在青少年时受过原发感染（临床以水痘的形式表现）,到60岁时原发感染接近100%。带状疱疹病毒可致多发性脑神经炎,最易受累的脑神经依次为面神经、位听神经、舌咽神经、三叉神经、迷走神经和外展神经〔1〕。该病引起神经麻痹后出现机体对应的功能丧失（临床症状）。我科2015-04-2015-08收治咽部带状疱疹病毒感染的患者2例,累及Ⅸ、Ⅹ对脑神经的分支,致咽部肌肉瘫痪、Summary Two cases of patients were hospitalized for sore throat with Dysphagia. Check： Wall of the phar- ynx, tongue and epiglottis scattered the ulcer. The patients were loss of pharynx reflex. Oropharynx and piriform fossa has a lot of saliva retention. Posterior pharyngeal wall was drooping like waterfull. CT scan showed may be the aspiration pneumonia in right lower lung. The admission diagnosiswere pharyngeal herpes zoster virus infec- tion, pharyngeal side muscle paralysis, and inhalation pneumonia. The patients clinical data were retrospectively analyzed, and the report is as follows.
