针药联合治疗原发性痛经临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察针刺联合痛经安汤、布洛芬缓释胶囊治疗原发性痛经的临床疗效。方法 60例原发性痛经患者,将其随机分为两组,两组均予以布洛芬缓释胶囊,治疗组在上述基础上加用针刺联合痛经安汤治疗,疗程均为3个月。结果治疗组治愈率和总有效率、疼痛症状积分、痛经伴随症状改善程度,均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗原发性痛经能产生协同作用,疗效显著,且无明显不良反应。Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with Tongjing ＇an decoction and ibuprofen sustained release capsule in treating primary dysmenorrhea. Methods 60 cases of patients with primary dysmenorrhea were randomly divided into two groups.The two groups were treated with ibuprofen sustained release capsules. The treatment group was treated with acupuncture combined with Tongjing＇an decoction. The course of treatment was 3 months. Results The cure rate and total effective rate of the treatment group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea can produce a synergistic effect,the effect is significant,and no obvious adverse reactions.
