保元汤合真武汤联合常规西药治疗慢性心衰的临床观察  

Clinical observation on Baoyuan Decoction and Zhenwu Decoction combined with Conventional Western Medicine in the Treatment of Chronic Heart Failure

摘　　要：目的观察保元汤合真武汤联合常规西药治疗慢性心衰的临床疗效。方法选择大连市中医医院心病科病房患者50例,随机分为对照组和治疗组。治疗组予中药汤剂联合常规西药治疗,对照组单纯应用西药治疗。治疗三周后观察两组患者治疗前后心衰临床症状,6分钟步行试验,血BNP指标及左室射血分数、左室舒张及收缩末期内径大小。结果两组患者经过治疗显示:治疗组显效12例,有效12例,无效2例,总有效率92.3%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);并且治疗组血BNP值明显下降,6分钟步行试验距离较前增加,左室射血分数明显上升,左室舒张及收缩末期内径明显下降,治疗组的治疗效果明显优于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论保元汤合真武汤联合常规西药治疗心衰临床疗效显著,优于单纯应用常规西药治疗患者,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Baoyuan decoction and Zhenwu decoction combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of chronic heart failure. Method Choosing 50 cases of ward patients in Dalian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,they were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. In the treatment group,patients received Chinese medicine decoction and conventional Western medicine therapy. The control group received Western medicine treatment. After three weeks＇ treatment,clinical symptoms,6 minutes walk test,blood BNP index and left ventricular ejection fraction and left ventricular diastolic and systolic diameter size were observed. Result After treatment,in the treatment group,12 cases had marked effect,12 cases were effective,2 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 92. 3%,the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. And in the treatment group,blood BNP values significantly decreased,6 minutes walk test distance increased,left ventricular ejection fraction increased,left ventricular diastolic and systolic diameter decreased obviously,and the curative effect of treatment group was better than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Baoyuan decoction and Zhenwu decoction combined with conventional western medicine in the treatment of chronic heart failure has significantly clinical curative effect,and is superior to the simple application of conventional Western medicine. It is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
