摘　　要：通过专家访谈、基层调研方法,论证了适宜卫生技术在基层医疗卫生机构发挥的重要作用;从公共产品视角,分析了适宜卫生技术具有的公共产品属性;从公共产品理论,就如何做好面向基层的适宜卫生技术推广工作,强化政府主导,提出了顶层设计选择路径。By means of expert panel discussion and grass roots investigation method. This article illustrates the standpoint that the appropriate health technology plays an important role in in grass roots medical health institutions. From the perspective of public goods, this document ex- plains the fact that the appropriate health technology has attribute of public goods. Finally, the paper provides some meaningful and valuable suggestions for strengthening government leading and popularization of appropriate health technology.
