摘　　要：梳理我国非公立医疗机构的支撑政策,依据2010-2015年中国卫生与计划生育统计年鉴对非公立医疗机构的发展现状进行定量分析和SWOT分析评价。结果表明,非公立医疗机构的数量和卫生资源占有量快速增加,增速超过公立医疗机构。至2014年底,非公立基层医疗机构具有数量优势,且门诊服务量超过公立基层医疗;非公立护理院、专科医院具有数量优势,但非公立医院整体服务量明显低于公立医院。基于SWOT分析,未来非公立医疗机构的发展方向重点应放在提供基本医疗卫生服务、专科服务和护理、康复等多元医疗服务,形成对公立医疗机构服务的有效补充。To tease support policy of non - public medical institutions in China. Qualitative analysis of development situation of non - public medical institutions based on ＂2010 to 2015 China Health and Family Planning statistical yearbook＂ and evaluated it by SWOT analysis. To the end of 2014, non -public medical institution had quantitative superiority, amount of outpatient service was over public medical institution. Non - public nursing institutions, special hospitals had quantitative superiority too, but their whole service quality was obviously lower than public hospitals＇ . Based on SWOT analysis, future non- public medical institutions＇ development direction is that provide primary health care services, disease - specific care, nursing care and rehabilitation care multielement health care service. Become valid complement for public medical institutions.
