南昌524例过敏性紫癜患儿血清过敏原特异性IgE检测分析

摘　　要：目的筛选IgE抗体表达阳性的过敏性紫癜患儿,了解该病患儿血清过敏原分布情况。方法收集我院2015年1月至2015年12月肾内科确诊、居住地为南昌的524例过敏性紫癜患儿静脉血标本,应用免疫印迹法定量检测过敏原IgE抗体,并筛选IgE抗体表达阳性的过敏性紫癜患儿,了解该病南昌发病的高危因素及时间分布特征。结果过敏性紫癜发病多集中在春季和夏季。所有患儿中,特异性IgE阳性患儿占比44.27%。引起过敏性紫癜患儿发病的最常见过敏原分别为吸入性和食入性过敏原,其中吸入性过敏原中尘螨组合IgE阳性率最高,占比12.02%;而食入性过敏原中海鱼组合IgE性率最高,占比10.68%。且相较于吸入性过敏原,食入性过敏原IgE阳性率更高(P<0.05)。结论南昌过敏性紫癜发病多集中在春季和夏季,最主要过敏原是尘螨组合及海鱼组合,且食入性过敏原较吸入性过敏原所占比重更高,患儿应避免接触或摄入,以减少疾病的发生及反复发作。Objective To screening IgE antibody positive expression of allergic purpura in children,to understand the disease in children with serum allergen distribution. Methods Collected in our hospital in 2015 from January 2015 December renal medicine diagnosis,residence for Nanchang 524 cases of allergic purpura children with venous blood samples,by immuno blotting and quantitative detection of allergen IgE antibodies and screening IgE antibody positive in children with Henoch Schonlein purpura expression,understanding the disease in Nanchang hair disease risk factors and time distribution characteristics. Results The incidence of allergic purpura is concentrated in spring and summer.In all the children,the specific IgE positive children accounted for 44.27%. Cause of pathogenesis in children with Henoch Schonlein purpura the most common allergic original respectively for inhalation and ingestion allergens,the suction of allergens in dust mite IgE positive rate highest proportion of 12.02%;and the ingestion of the allergens in the sea fish assemblages IgE rate was the highest,accounted for 10.68%. And compared to inhaled allergens,the positive rate of fresh allergens IgE（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Nanchang in the pathogenesis of allergic purpura and more concentrated in the spring and summer,the major allergen is dust mite assemblages and fish assemblages and ingestion of allergic original compared with inhaled allergens accounted for the proportion of the more high,children should be avoid to contact or intake,to reduce disease incidence and recurrent.
