摘 要:着重介绍了NOx脱除技术中的选择性催化还原技术,分析了以不同还原剂(NH3、H2、CO、HC)选择性催化还原NOx技术的优缺点,认为H2-SCR脱硝技术具有较高的研究价值和实际的应用前景。从催化剂的活性组分、助剂及载体的角度分析了不同催化剂在氢气选择性催化还原脱硝技术中的应用及其所达到的效果,得出负载贵金属Pt与Pd、添加酸性助剂以及采用复合载体的催化剂性能更佳,并对今后氢气选择性催化还原脱硝技术的研究方向进行展望。The selective catalytic reduction technologies for NOx removal were emphatically introduced. The advantages and disadvantages of selective catalytic reduction of NOx by different reductants ( NH3, H2, CO, HC ) were analyzed. It was considered that H2-SCR DeNOx technologies possessed higher research value and practical application prospect. From the perspective of active components, additives and catalyst carriers,the applications and performance of the catalysts in the H2-SCR reaction were ana- lyzed. It was concluded that loading noble metals Pt and Pd, adding acidic promoters and using composite carriers were beneficial to improving the performance of the catalysts. Finally, the future research direction of H2-SCR DeNOx technologies is proposed.
