中医护理在消渴症(糖尿病)病人的应用分析

摘　　要：目的分析中医护理在消渴症(糖尿病)病人的临床应用效果。方法选择我院治疗消渴症(糖尿病)的患者136例,随机将其分成对照组和护理组两组,每组各68例。对照组患者采用对症护理,护理组患者采用中医护理,观察两组患者的护理效果。结果护理组患者的总有效率达到98.53%,明显高于对照组患者的总有效率63.24%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对消渴症(糖尿病)的患者采用中医护理,能有效提高疗效,改善患者生活水平,可推广应用。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of TCM nursing in consumptive thirst disease（ diabetes） patients. Methods 136 cases of patients with consumptive thirst disease（ diabetes） who were treated in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and nursing care group,with 68 cases in each group. The control group was treated with symptomatic care,while the nursing care group was given traditional Chinese medicine nursing. The nursing effect of two groups was observed. Results The therapeutic effect of the nursing care group reached 98. 53%,which was significantly higher than 63. 24% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion TCM nursing in consumptive thirst disease（ diabetes） patients can effectively improve the effect and patient＇s living standards. It can be widely applied.
