摘　　要：目的:探讨信息化在日间病房管理中的应用。方法:应用医嘱处理、电子病历、物资管理、临床路径和护理管理等模块等信息化系统,为日间患者提供安全、优质的医疗护理服务。结果:实现了日间病人床位预约、病房日报、专科日间电子病历和结构化电子护理病历、护理质控、护士人力资源管理和弹性排班、物资请领、病人交接等重要工作。体现了准确、快捷、高效及专业的特点,满足了日间工作需求,提高了工作及管理效率。结论:信息化管理优化了日间工作流程,提高了效率,对日间患者安全和临床护理管理工作起到了保驾护航的作用,将促进日间手术的发展。Objective： To explore the application of information system construction to the management in Day Care Unit. Method： The information systems of physician order processing, medical supplies management, clinical pathway and nursing management ensure a safe and excellent nursing to the patients in Day Care Unit. Result： With the information construction in the Day Care Unit, the critical work runs succeed, including bed appointment, ward daily report, special computer-based patient record of day-care ward and structured computer-based patient record, nursing quality control, nursing human resource management, flexible shift arrangement, medical supplies requisition and handover of patient. The Day Care Ward working information system is of great precision, convenient, efficient and specialized. It can meet the work needs of the Day Care Ward. It improved the work efficiency of the Day Care Ward. The information-based management optimized the work process of the Day Care Ward and improved work efficiency. It ensured a high qualified patient safety and nursing management. It will work great in improving the development of the Day Care Ward surgery.
