摘 要:目的评估射频技术辅助关节镜有限清理术对伴有半月板损伤的中轻度膝骨性关节炎的术后1年膝关节功能的治疗效果。方法将50例伴有半月板损伤的中轻度膝骨关节炎患者随机分为射频组和常规组。射频组(25例)经关节镜采用射频技术治疗;常规组(25例)为经关节镜仅采用常规的手术器械和电动刨削器治疗。比较2组患者均行术前和术后1年的Lysholm评分和术后2周内的关节积液量。结果射频组和常规组的术前Lysholm评分差异无统计学意义。2组患者术后Lysholm评分均较术前明显提高(P<0.01),而且2组患者术后一年的Lysholm评分升高值的差异也有统计学意义(P<0.01);射频术后2周内膝关节积液明显少于常规组。结论射频技术在膝关节镜有限清理术治疗伴有半月板损伤的中轻度膝骨关节炎中有助于提高疗效,是一种值得推荐的技术。Objective To evaluate the outcomes at one year after the operation of the arthroscopic debridement assisted with radio frequency energy in the treatment of moderate or mild knee osteoarthritis combined with meniscus injury. Methods During the operation of arthroscopic debridement, 50 patients with moderate or mild knee osteoarthritis combined with meniscus injury were divided into two groups randomly, and each group had 25 patients. One group (radio frequency group) were treated by arthroscopic debridement assisted with radio frequency energy, and the other group (traditional apparatus group) were treated only by arthroscopic traditional apparatus. The preoperative and 1-year postoperative Lysholm scores and the preoperative and 2-week postoperative intra- articular fluid volume were compared between the two groups. Results There was not a significant difference between the two groups' preoperative Lysholm scores. Compared with the preoperative scores, the 1-year postoperative Lysholm scores increased greatly in both groups (P〈0.01), and there was a significant difference between the two groups' postoperative Lysholm scores (P〈0.01). The 2-week postoperative intra-articular fluid volume in radio frequency group was significantly less than that of traditional apparatus group. Conclusion The radio frequency energy can effectively improve the outcome of the arthroscopic debridement in the treatment of moderate or mild knee osteoarthritis combined with meniscus injury. This technology can be worthy of recommendation.
