摘 要:组织复杂性是影响企业绩效的重要因素,规避还是发展、吸收还是还原组织复杂性,是当前新型农业经营组织成为理论和实践热点背景下,业界不可回避的理论和现实问题。以畜禽业企业为研究对象,基于结构、关系、行为三个维度,对农业组织复杂性全面深入阐述的基础上,回归分析组织复杂性与组织绩效间关系。研究结果显示,农业企业组织复杂性与组织绩效间呈显著正相关,农业企业面临的环境复杂性超过企业组织复杂性,农业企业可通过还原组织复杂性提升组织业绩。研究表明,国有单一股权结构和多元化程度较高的企业绩效显著低于混合所有制和非多元化企业组织绩效。为我国农业企业复杂性选择、治理结构及多元化等问题研究提供理论依据。Organizational complexity is a key factor that can affect firm performance. Whether weevade or develop, absorb or restore the organizaitonal complexity, it's a theoretical and practical questionthat can not be avoided by the industry. This article studied the livestock firms and used strcuture,relationship and behavior to describe organizational complexity and made a regression analysis on therelationship between organizational complexity and firm performance. The results showed that theorganizational complexity of agricultural enterprises was positively related to firm performance. Amongthose, the performance of the firm with single state owned equity structure and high diversification degreewas significantlly higher than those with mixed ownership and non-diversification degree. The research laidreliable theoretical foundation for strategic management problems, such as agricultural enterprises' complexity choosing, governance structure and diversification and so on.
