摘 要:目的对比分析超声造影和3D-CTA在诊断颈动脉颅外段狭窄程度方面的应用价值。方法选取26例有完整超声造影、3D-CTA及DSA检查资料的颈动脉颅外段狭窄患者,以DSA结果为金标准,分析超声造影和3D-CTA诊断颈动脉颅外段狭窄程度的准确性。结果以颈动脉是否存在重度狭窄或闭塞为判断点,超声造影和3D-CTA评价颈动脉颅外段狭窄程度的敏感性、特异性、准确性分别为86.7%、81.8%、84.6%和93.3%、90.9%、92.3%。结论超声造影和3D-CTA在诊断颈动脉颅外段狭窄方面均有较高的准确性,有重要临床应用价值。Objective To explore the application value of contrast-enhanced ultrasonography(CEUS)and 3D-CTA in the diagnosis of extracranial carotid artery stenosis.Methods Twenty-six patients with complete examination data of CEUS,3D-CTA and DSA were included,and the DSA results were used as the gold standard. The diagnostic accuracy of extracranial carotid artery stenosis by CEUS and 3D-CTA was analyzed.Results Severe stenosis or occlusion were used as judgment standard,the sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of CEUS and 3D-CTA in the diagnosis of extracranial carotid artery stenosis were 86.7%,81.8%,84.6% and 93.3%,90.9%,92.3%, respectively. Conclusions CEUS and 3D-CTA has high accuracy in the diagnosis of extracranial carotid artery stenosis,which has important clinical application value.
