摘 要:为了探究3种菌肥与复合肥组合对地黄产量及品质的影响,采用正交试验设计,测定地黄产量、梓醇与毛蕊花糖苷含量,并根据变异系数权重法综合评价,再经直观分析筛选出最佳组合。试验处理6(GG2212.5g/m^2+GB43 25g/m^2+CB25 2.5g/m^2+复合肥25g/m^2)较佳,相比对照组(施用史丹利复合肥59.97g/m^2)产量增高15.97%,毛蕊花糖苷含量相同,梓醇含量增高3.40%,且复合肥用量减少了58.31%。施用菌肥与复合肥的组合能够降低成本,提高地黄产量与品质,适合大田推广。In order to investigate the effects of three combinations of bacterial fertilizer and compound fertilizer on yield and quality of Rehmannia glutinosa. The yield,catalpoland verbascoside content were determined by orthogonal experiment design. Comprehensive evaluation was carried out by way of variation coefficient weight, and the best combination was selected according to the method of intuitive analysis. Experimental treatment 6(GG22 12.5g/m^2+GB43 25g/m^2+CB25 2.5g/m^2+compound fertilizer 25g/m^2) was better, and the yield increased by 15.97% compared with the control group(Stanley compound fertilizer use 59.97g/m^2);The content of verbascoside was the same, the content of catalpol increased by 3.40% and the dosage of compound fertilizer decreased by 58.31%.The combined application of bacterial fertilizer and compound fertilizer can reduce costs,improve yield and quality, and is suitable for field application.
