摘　　要：通过十年百项技术推广及国内诸多专家的积极示范,负压封闭引流(VSD)技术在我国腹部外科应用有了显著进步。本文基于2016年1月5日"十年百项计划"VSD技术推广组组织的VSD技术在普通外科应用专题讨论会意见,阐述了腹部外科中治疗性和预防性应用VSD的目的和适应证,引流材料及其放置和拔出,VSD术后管理,以及继发性肠道损伤、腹壁切口疝等腹部外科VSD应用并发症。Through active promotion of the program of＂Ten Years,Hundred Techniques＂and active demonstration of many domestic experts,the application of vacuum sealing drainage（ VSD） technology in abdominal surgery has been significantly improved in China. Based on the proposal of the symposium about VSD technology in general surgery organized by the program of ＂Ten Years,Hundred Techniques＂on Jan. 5,2016,the author demonstrates the purpose and indications of therapeutic and prophylactic applications of VSD,placement and removal of drainage materials,postoperative management of VSD,and abdominal surgical complications related to VSD application such as secondary intestinal damage and incisional hernia.
