摘  要:研究了超低碳高铬钢与低碳高铬钢的周期浸润(2%Na Cl水溶液)腐蚀性能和组织形貌,并与工业生产Q235碳钢进行了相应的比较。通过光学显微镜OM、扫描电镜SEM、高分辨透射电镜TEM、XRD射线衍射仪等观察与测试。结果表明:超低碳高铬钢和低碳高铬钢具有优异的耐氯离子腐蚀性能,其腐蚀速率相比Q235分别为21.25%、24.9%,超低碳高铬钢的耐蚀性优于低碳高铬钢,显微组织为板条马氏体和残留奥氏体的高铬钢的耐蚀性优于显微组织为铁素体+珠光体的Q235碳钢。高铬、低碳、马氏体+相间分布的残留奥氏体共同作用提高了高铬钢的耐腐蚀性能。Corrosion resistance of two kinds of low carbon and high Cr steels was investigated by means of cyclic immersion corrosion test in 2%(mass fraction) Na Cl solution.Microstructure and corrosion rust layers of the tested steels were analyzed by OM,SEM,TEM and XRD.The results show that cyclic immersion corrosion rates of super-low carbon and low-carbon steels are lower than that of Q235 steel,which are 21.25% and 24.9% compare to Q235 carbon steel,respectively.The corrosion resistance of high Cr steels with microstructure of martensite and residual austenite is better than that of Q235 carbon steel with microstructure of ferrite and pearlite.The better corrosion property of the low carbon steel is ascribed to its low carbon and high chromium content,and martensite and residual distributed alternately austenite.
