哮喘患儿血清维生素D水平改变与炎症因子和肺功能的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的探讨哮喘患儿血清维生素D水平改变与炎症因子和肺功能的相关性。方法收集80例哮喘患儿和40例健康儿童,比较两组肺功能情况和血清维生素D水平差异。结果哮喘患儿血清25(OH)D3、TGFβ水平降低,INFγ、TNFα和IL-6增高与对照组比较有显著性差异(P均<0.05);哮喘组患儿血清维生素D水平与TGFβ呈正相关,与IL-1β和IL-6呈负相关(P均<0.05)。结论哮喘患儿血清维生素D水平明显较低,与炎症因子具有一定的相关性。Objective To evaluate the correlation analysis of serum total vitamin D and inflammation factors in asthma children .Methods 80 asthma children and 40 healthy controls were enrolled in this study .Pulmonary function test and serum vitamin D level were compared and analyzed in the two groups .Results The levels of TGFβand vitamin D in the asthma group were significantly lower than those in the control group （P〈0.05）.The levels of INF-γ, TNF-αand IL-6 in the asthma group were significantly higher in the control group （P〈0.05）.Pearson cor-relation analysis showed that the levels of serum vitamin D in the asthma group were positively associated with TGF -β（P〈0.05） and negatively associated with IL-1βand IL-6 （P〈0.05）.Conclusion The levels of serum vitamin D in asthma children are lower , which is related with inflammation factors .
