摘  要:磷酸酶是土壤中非常重要的酶类,其活性可作为评价土壤磷素生物转化方向与强度的指标,快速、简便、准确的测定方法对磷酸酶的研究具有促进作用。在磷酸苯二钠比色法基础上进行改进,用酶标板/酶标仪测定吸光度,不仅减少了试剂使用量,而且缩短了测定时间,在样品量较大时可降低操作人员的工作强度。Phosphatase was very important soil enzymes which has been involved in the conversion of organic phosphorus in the soil,and its activity could be valued as indicator of soil phosphorus biotransformation direction and strength.The fast,simple and accurate measuring method has a facilitating role in phosphatases research.Improvement method is based on Disodium phosphate benzene colorimetric method,and the absorbance was measured by microtiter plates/ microplate.Not only the amount of reagent use has been reduced,but also the measurement time has been shortened,and the operators' work intensity can be reduced when there were lots of samples.
