摘  要:目的观察不同浓度的血小板数量对于聚集率检测的影响,并探索血小板聚集率检测的适宜浓度范吲,以保证测定血小板聚集率的准确性。方法选取49例临床健康体检者标本。使用不同的离心力分离出富血小板血浆(PRP)和乏血小板血浆(PPP),利用血细胞分析仪测定血小板浓度,将PRP用自身PPP按倍比稀释方法调制成4个不同浓度的PRP,观察不同浓度的PRP在加入诱导剂后血小板的聚集率的变化。结果血小板聚集率随着血小板浓度降低而明礁降低,不同浓度的PRP的聚集率有统计学差异(P〈0.05),血小板聚集率与其浓度呈正相关(P〈0.05);当血小板浓度〈90×10^9/L时,其聚集率低于正常参考,提示在此浓度下,其聚集率已经不能准确反映血小板的真实聚集情况了。结论m小板浓度对其聚集率有明显影响。血小板浓度在(90—250)×10^9/L时测定,能真实反映其聚集率;PRP在血小板〈90×10^9/L时,其聚集率测定易造成假性降低的结果。Objective To observe the impacts of different platelet (PLT) concentration on the detection of PUF aggregation rate and explore the appropriate concentration range for such detection to ensure the accuracy of such detection. Methods A total of 49 healthy examinees were collected as samples. The platelet rich plasma(PRP) and platelet poor plasma(PPP) were isolated with different centrifugal forces. PLT concentration was determined with hematology analyzer. PRP was prepared into PRP with four different concentrations with PPP and by multiple proportion attenuation to observe the change of PLT aggregation rate in PRP with different concentrations 'after the addition of inducer. Results PLT aggregation rate decreased with the decrease of PLT concentration; PLT aggregation rate for PRP at different concentrations were significantly different (P 〈 0.05); therefore, PLT aggregation rate was positively correlated with its concentration (P 〈 0.05); when PLT concentration was 〈 90×10^9/L, PLT aggregation rate was lower than the normal value, indicating that it had been unable to reflect the actual aggregation of PLT accurately under such concentration. Conclusion PLT concentration has a significant effect on the aggregation rate of PLT. The aggregation rate can be reflected accurately when PLT concentration is within the range of (90-250)×10^9 / L; the aggregation rate determination may cause the pseudo reduced results when the concentration is 〈 90×10^9/L.
