摘　　要：目的 观察氯沙坦钾对高血压患者脉搏波速度（PWV）影响。方法 选择2014年1月~2015年1月我院收治的高血压患者50例作为高血压组,采用氯沙坦钾治疗12周前后分别测定其PWV,选取年龄相匹配健康体检者50名作为对照组,对所测PWV统计分析。结果 高血压组与对照组PWV分别为（11.2±0.73）m/s和（7.65±0.62）m/s（P〈0.05）;经氯沙坦钾治疗后,高血压组PWV降低至（8.45±0.41）m/s（P〈0.05）。结论 氯沙坦钾能明显降低高血压患者PWV。Objective To study the influence of losartan potassium to the pulse wave velocity in patients with essential hypertension.Methods The subjects included 50 essential hypertensive patients.All patients were measured PWV before and after treatment with losartan potassium for 12 weeks.There were 50 matched healthy individuals in the control group.Results The PWV in hypertensive patients was significantly increased.After the treatment with losartan potassium for 12 weeks,the PWV was significantly decreased.Conclusion Losartan potassium can decrease the PWV in patients with hypertension.
