摘  要:为比较地方鹅种对纤维利用能力的种质差异,采集浙东白鹅、马岗鹅、武冈铜鹅、豁眼鹅、狮头鹅、皖西白鹅、乌鬃鹅、太湖鹅、溆浦鹅9个地方鹅种样品进行范式纤维洗涤法分析。地方鹅种对纤维的代谢率结果:酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)为O~36.14%,木质素(ADL)为21.98%~47.94%,纤维素为O~46.52%,中性洗涤纤维(NDF)为24.11%~43.45%,半纤维素(ADS)为33.67%~66.41%。其中:太湖鹅对ADF代谢率为(36.14±8.10)%,较其他品种存在显著差异(P〈0.05),浙东白鹅与溆浦鹅对纤维素的代谢率接近分别为17.3%、12.3%,较其他鹅种差异显著(P〈O.05)。马岗鹅对ADL、NDF、CF的代谢率最高,分别达到47.9%、43.5%、38.23%,与浙东白鹅、皖西白鹅相比显著差异(P〈0.05)。狮头鹅对ADS利用能力最强,为66.41%,分别高出皖西白鹅、浙东白鹅37%、33%(P〈0.05)。To compare the germplasm differences of indigenous goose on fiber utilization ability, paradigm fiber washing method was used to analyze the sample collected of 9 indigenous goose breeds (Zhedong white goose,Magang goose, Wugang Tong goose, Huoyan goose, Shitou goose, Wanxi white goose, Wuzong white goose, Taihu goose, Xupu goose) from National Waterfowl Germplasm Resource Pool. The results showed that: ADF was 0 to 36.14%,ADL was 21.98% to 47.94%,the fiber metabolic rate was 0 to 46.92%,and NDF was 24.11% to 43.45%,the rate of ADS was 33.67% to 66.41%.Besides,the metabolic rate of ADF to Taihu goose was (36.14±8.10) %,there were significant differences compared with other breeds (P〈0.05). Meanwhile, the fiber metabolic rate of Zhedong white goose and Xupu goose was 17.3% and 12.3%, there were significant differences compared to other breeds (P〈0.05). Magang goose achieved the highest metabolic rate among ADL,NDF and CF,which was 47.9%,43.5% and 38.23%.Nevertheless,there was significant difference compared with Zhedong white and Wanxi White goose (P〈0.05). Moreover, Shitou goose had the highest utilization capability in ADS,the rate was 66.41%,which was 37% and 33% higher than that of Wanxi white goose and Zedong white goose (P〈0.05).
