腹膜前间隙与疝环充填式无张力腹股沟斜疝修补术式的临床对比

摘　　要：目的观察腹膜前间隙与疝环充填式无张力腹股沟斜疝修补术的临床效果。方法随机将我院80例无张力腹股沟斜疝患者平均分为两组。对照组行疝环充填式无张力腹股沟斜疝修补术,观察组行腹膜前间隙无张力腹股沟斜疝修补术。比较两组临床疗效。结果观察组并发症发生率、VAS评分及复发率等指标均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论腹膜前间隙无张力腹股沟斜疝修补术疗效理想。Objective To observe the effect of preperitoneal and hernia ring filling IIHRS. Methods 80 patients were divided into two groups. control group was used hernia ring filling IIHRS, and observation group used preperitoneal space IIHRS. Efficacy of two groups was compared. Results The complication incidence, VAS score and recurrence rate of observation group were significantly better than control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of preperitoneal space indirect inguinal hernia repair surgery is ideal.
