曲美他嗪对不稳定型心绞痛患者疗效及校正QT离散度的影响

摘　　要：目的观察曲美他嗪对不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)的疗效及对校正QT离散度(QTcd)的影响。方法随机将80例UAP患者分为2组,每组各40例,对照组给予心内科常规治疗,研究组在对照组基础上给予曲美他嗪治疗。结果相较于对照组,研究组的心绞痛疗效明显提高,心绞痛发作次数及持续时间明显缩短,QTcd明显降低(P<0.05)。结论曲美他嗪可改善UAP疗效,降低QTcd。Objective To observe the efficacy and effect of Trimetazidine on corrected QT sispersion in patients with unstable angina pectoris（UAP）. Methods 80 cases of UAP were randomly divided into two groups, 40 cases in each group. The control group was given routine treatment, study group was given trimetazidine on the basis of control group. Results Compared with the control group, the curative effect of angina pectoris was significantly increased, the frequency and duration of angina attack were significantly shorter, and QTcd was significantly lower in the study group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Trimetazidine can improve the curative effect of UAP and reduce QTcd, it is worthy of promotion.
