小儿呼吸衰竭人工机械通气的护理

摘　　要：目的 探讨人工机械通气治疗小儿呼吸衰竭中实施临床护理的效果。方法 选取本院2015年1-12月期间所收治的40例呼吸衰竭患儿为研究对象,均给予他们人工机械通气治疗,并配合针对性的护理干预处理。结果 40例呼吸衰竭患儿接受人工机械通气治疗以及护理之后,成功脱机的患儿有37例,治愈率为92.5%;3例患儿撤机失败,经二次插管后也被成功治愈,所占比例为7.5%。人工机械通气的时间为1-12 d,平均时间为（5.5±2.1）d。结论 在呼吸衰竭患儿接受人工机械通气治疗之后给予合理的护理干预,可以使患儿渡过危险期,确保他们的生命健康,具有临床推广价值。Objective To investigate the clinical nursing effect of artificial ventilation in the treatment of respiratory failure in children. Methods 40 cases of children with respiratory failure were treated with artificial ventilation in our hospital during the period from January 2015 to December 2015, they were given targeted nursing intervention. Results 40 cases in children with respiratory failure after accepting artificial controlled mechanical ventilation in the treatment and nursing, the successful weaning children were 37 cases, the cure rate was 92.5%; 3 cases were weaning failure, after second intubation was also successfully treated, the proportion was 7.5%. The time of artificial mechanical ventilation was 1-12 d, the average time was （5.5±2.1） d. Conclusion The patients with respiratory failure after receiving artificial mechanical ventilation treatment, to give reasonable nursing intervention, can make the children through the dangerous period, to ensure that their lives and health, with clinical value.
