银质针导热治疗在腰背肌筋膜炎治疗中的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨银质针导热治疗在腰背肌筋膜炎治疗中的临床疗效。方法 130例腰背肌筋膜炎患根据入院顺序分为观察组与对照组,每组各65例患者,对照组给予传统手法治疗,观察组给予银质针导热疗法。结果治疗后观察组有效率为95.38%,对照组有效率为86.15%,观察组的有效率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组的VAS评分明显少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论银质针导热治疗在腰背肌筋膜炎治疗中的临床应用能有效缓解疼痛,提高治疗疗效,有很好的应用价值。Objective To explore the clinical effect of silver needle thermal therapy in the treatment of back myofascitis. Methods 130 cases of patients with back myofascitis were divided into two groups with each 65 cases according to the order of admission, the control group was given traditional manual therapy, observation group received silver needle thermal therapy.Results After treatment, the effective rate of observation group was 95.38%, signiifcantly higher than that of control group （86.15%）, P〈0.05;the VAS score of observation group was significantly less than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical application of silver needle thermal therapy in the treatment of back myofascitis can effectively relieve pain and improve the therapeutic effect.
