湿疹洗剂冷湿敷对小鼠急性湿疹皮损组织降钙素相关基因肽含量及组织炎症的影响

摘　　要：目的观察不同浓度的湿疹洗剂对小鼠急性湿疹模型降钙素相关基因肽(CGRP)及皮肤组织炎症等指标数值影响。方法采取2,4二硝基氟苯法建立小鼠急性湿疹模型,采用湿疹洗剂20%,10%,5%高,中,低浓度溶液冷湿敷,以3%硼酸溶液对照,10 d后检测真皮炎症细胞数及降钙素相关基因肽等数值。结果真皮炎性细胞细胞浸润实验,降钙素相关基因肽含量变化定量实验中单核细胞数及多核细胞数,小鼠耳降钙素相关基因肽浓度数据分别表明在抑制小鼠真皮炎性细胞细胞浸润的作用和定量观察局部组织CGRP的增加作用上高浓度组、中浓度组的治疗效果均比模型对照组的治疗效果显著,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);高浓度组的治疗效果与中浓度组的治疗效果对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);低浓度组的治疗效果与阳性对照组的治疗效果对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论湿疹洗剂具有显著抑制炎性细胞浸润和提高降钙素相关基因肽的作用,高、中浓度湿疹洗剂湿敷治疗急性湿疹的疗效更加显著。Objective To observe the different concentrations of eczema lotion on the mice model of acute eczema calcitonin gene related peptide （CGRP） and skin tissue inflammation index number. Methods 2, 4 dinitrodiphenyl fluorine benzene method to establish a mouse model of acute eczema, the eczema lotion 20%, 10%, 5%, high, cold wet apply low concentration solution, compared with 3% boric acid solution, 10 days after detection of dermal inflammatory cells and calcitonin gene related peptide （CGRP） and so on. Results Dermal cells, inflammatory cell inifltrate experiment, the changes of calcitonin gene related peptide content quantitative experiment showed that the treatment of high concentration group, the concentration of treatment than the model control group with significant difference （P〈0.01）; The high concentration group there are differences between the treatment group than in the concentration （P〈0.05）;The treatment of low concentration groups than there are differences in the treatment of positive control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion eczema lotion has signiifcant inhibition of inlfammatory cell inifltration, and improve the effect of calcitonin gene related peptide, high, medium concentration eczema lotion the curative effect of treating acute eczema is more signiifcant.
