国内外常用渐开线花键标准对比分析

摘　　要：在工作实践中,经常会遇到不同国家、不同标准的渐开线花键,例如,中国国家标准(GB)、国际标准化组织(ISO)标准、德国标准化学会(DIN)标准、美国国家标准学会(ASNI)标准、日本工业标准(JIS)、法国标准(NF)等。有模数制的、有径节制的、有双径节制的,压力角有30°、37.5°、45°等,精度等级定义方法也不相同。对常用的渐开线花键进行了介绍和对比,同时分析了不同标准之间的关系,为工业应用提供了参考。In the work practice,the different countries,different standard involute spline will be often encountered,such as the Chinese National Standard（ GB Standard）,the International Organization for Standardization（ ISO） standard,the Deutsch Industrial Norman（ DIN） standard,the American National Standards Institute（ ASNI） standard,the Japanese Industrial Standards（ JIS）,French standard（ NF） and the like. There are modular system,pitch system,dual pitch system,the pressure angle has 30°,37. 5°,45°,etc.,the definition method of accuracy class is different. The common used involute splines are introduced and contrasted,and the relationships between the different standards are analyzed,a reference for industrial application is provided.
