摘　　要：针对规程在雷电参数方面考虑过于单一的现状,提出采用雷电定位系统积累的监测数据,阐述雷电活动在时间和空间上的差异性,分析雷电流幅值累积概率分布中的参数a和b对线路雷击闪络风险的影响。Against the lack of the standard＇s account about he lightning parameters,based on the monitoring data from the lightning location system,this paper expatiates the difference of lightning events in time and space and analyzes the effect of the parameter a and b in the accumulated lightning current probability distribution to the lightning flashover risk of the electric power transmission line.
