摘　　要：大学生休学创业是21世纪以来引发社会热议的问题,是鼓励在校大学生创业、促进高校培养创新型人才的重要举措。但是来自社会舆论赞同和质疑的两方面声音,无疑说明"休学创业"是一把双刃剑,它在变革高校人才培养模式的同时对传统教育的冲击也不容忽视。如何避免急功近利在博弈中稳中求胜,把握好尺度,掌握好分寸是切实做好在校大学生创新创业工作的首要问题。本文通过对高校大学生学籍管理和人才培养工作以及在校大学生创新创业的实际情况的调查研究,从高校学生管理角度探索大学生休学创业管理制度和体制建立的原则,对推动在校大学生创业具有非常重要的现实意义。College students school-quitting entrepreneurship is the hot issue of public opinion and is the important measure to encourage college students entrepreneurship and promote the cultivation of innovative talentsin in colleges and universities. But two voices of approval and questioning from public opinion undoubtedly illustrate that ＂ school-quitting entrepreneurship＂ is a double-edged sword. At the same time,in the reform of talent training mode,the impact of school-quitting entrepreneurship on the traditional education can not be ignored. How to avoid the short-term interests,win a stable pace and grasp the sense of proportion and scale is the primary problem of doing college students＇ innovation and entrepreneurship work well. This paper probes the principles of establishment of institutions and systems for college students ＇ school-quitting entrepreneurship management,through the investigation and research of the practical situation about college student status management,personnel training of Higher Education and the college students innovation and entrepreneurship.The research results of this paper have a very important practical significance to promote the college students ＇entrepreneurship.
