2型糖尿病合并脑梗塞常见危险因素研究和护理

摘　　要：目的探讨2型糖尿病合并脑梗塞的常见危险因素及相应护理手段。方法选取我院收治的82例2型糖尿病合并脑梗塞患者作为研究对象,设为观察组,将同期收治入院的82例单纯2型糖尿病患者设为对照组。对两组患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,比较两组的一般情况和各项检测指标。结果观察组患者的年龄、体重指数、吸烟指数、血压水平、甘油三酯、血同型半胱氨酸等指标均显著高于对照组,比较差异明显(P<0.05);而观察组的餐后2小时血糖水平和糖化血红蛋白AIC则明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 2型糖尿病合并脑梗塞常见危险因素主要有高龄、肥胖、吸烟、高血压、高血脂、高血同型半胱氨酸等等,视患者病情采取个体化的综合护理,有效防止脑梗塞的发生和复发。Objective To discuss the common risk factors in type 2 diabetes mellitus with cerebral infarctionandits nursing. Methods Selected 82 type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with cerebral infarction in my hospital as the observed group,and 82 people with simple type 2 diabetes mellitus received at the same time as the controlled group. Analyzed retrospectively the clinical data of two groups of patients,and compared their general information and outcome measurements. Results The age,body mass index（ BMI）,smoking index,blood pressure,triglyceride,the lever of homocysteine in blood,and etc. of the observed group were clearly higher than these of the controlled group,with significant difference（ P 0. 05）; while the observed group ＇s postprandial 2 hours blood glucose levels and glycosylated hemoglobin AIC were obviously lower than these of the controlled group,with significant difference（ P 0. 05）. Conclusions The common risk factors in type 2diabetes mellitus with cerebral infarction mainly include old age,fat,smoking,hypertension,hyperlipidemia,coronary disease,and etc. Taking individualized comprehensive care depending on the patients,and effectively prevent the occurrence and recurrence of cerebral infarction.
