摘　　要：低碳乡村作为当下发达地区乡村人与自然和谐相处、社会平稳进步、经济持续发展的有益探索,是实现可持续发展的重要途径。通过阐述当前长江三角洲地区低碳乡村的共识,从七个方面分析了低碳视角下乡村规划、建设、管理中存在的主要困境,结合浙江省安吉县鄣吴镇低碳乡建实证研究,提出了优化长三角地区乡村低碳规划、建设、管理的基本策略。Low-carbon oriented development in rural areas reflects the exploration to achieve the harmony between human and nature, social harmony and progress, and economic sustainable development. This paper mainly expounds the consensus of low-carbon rural construction in the Yangtze River Delta Region, analyzes the main difficulties in the rural planning, construction and management from the perspective of low-carbon, and based on the empirical experience of low-carbon construction in Zhangwu Town, Anji County, Zhejiang Province, proposes basic strategies and methods of optimizing rural planning, construction and management in the Yangtze River Delta Region.
