摘　　要：近年来,乡村建筑实践受到极大关注,如何将普通的地域建造体系特点体现在乡村房屋更新改造中,是一个具体而有意义的工作。在调研、分析德清县当地情况后,提出相应的南路村旧村委会建筑改造策略,试图解决房屋功能、空间、材料构造,以及物理舒适性上的问题,并希望这些研究和建议能为当地乡村建筑改造提供借鉴。In recent years, rural construction has attracted much attention. It is significant to apply regional construction system to the renovation of old rural buildings. Through the investigation and analysis of local conditions of Deqing County, this paper provides recommendations and measures for the renovation of old official buildings of the previous village committee in Nanlu Village, so as to solve problems in regard with its functions, spaces, structure, and physical comfort. This would hopefully provide references for local rural constructions.
