摘　　要：根据某中心医院野战医疗队与旅救护所融合参加实兵对抗演练的实践情况,总结概括充分准备、快速融合、科学组训、加强沟通以及严守底线等主要做法,认为只有将人员素质培养、战救自救训练、军事科目学习等能力建设作为野战医疗队建设的重点,才能稳步提升卫勤保障能力,确保完成各项救援任务。According to the real confrontation medical support exercise by field medical team and brigade aid station, the authors summarized the main experiences, including adequate preparation, rapid convergence, sci- entific training, strengthen communication and observing the bottom line. As the key point of the construction of field medical team, it is important to improve the quality of personnel, the training of battle wound treatment, and military subject learning, which can increase steadily the ability of medical support and ensure the completion of the rescue mission.
