摘　　要：目的探讨野战医疗环境下手术器械的管理方法,以提升手术器械管理有效性,保障战时环境下手术顺利开展。方法建立野战环境下手术器械规范化管理流程,针对不同手术类型配备相应的手术器械,实施专人管理、定点放置,严格无菌器械的储存。结果所有手术器械得到有效处置,避免发生临时翻找或丢失现象,达到野战环境下手术人员、器械迅速到位的效果。结论建立系统化、规范化手术器械管理流程,确保该项管理能有效充分地满足手术需要,保障战伤救治。Objective The aim of the current study is to access the management of the surgical instru- ments in the field medical environment, in order to ensure the successful operation implementation. Methods We built a special management procedure of the surgical instruments in the field surgery environment. This procedure included assigning specific person for management and supervision, specific location for storage. Results All the surgical instruments were well organized and there were no instruments dankage or missing. Conclusion In order to fulfill the necessity of surgery and to guarantee the first aid for war victim, we should establish a systemic and standard procedure for management of surgical instruments.
