摘　　要：某军区总医院卫生经济经过多年发展已进入平台期,实现转型升级成为医院亟待解决的问题。通过回顾分析某院近十年经济运行情况,总结发展规律,提出卫生经济发展的建议。After years of development, the health economy of a military hospital has entered a plateau, and achieving the transformation and upgrading the hospital becomes a urgent problem. Through the retrospective analysis on the economic performance of the hospital for nearly a decade, this paper summarizes and explores the law of development, and proposed recommends for the health economic development of the hospital
