摘 要:了解我国冰壶运动员运动损伤的发生情况,做好伤病的预防是减少伤病发生和取得优异成绩的关键,同时对提高我国冰壶运动水平具有重要作用。以国家冰壶队为研究对象,其中男子13人,女子12人,并针对较严重的伤病情况进行康复干预。结果发现国家男子、女子冰壶队损伤种类、损伤的原因不同;冰壶伤病中以慢性伤病为主,大多由于长期过度使用导致肌肉疲劳、关节压力增大所致;康复训练能够改善肌肉的紧张和不平衡,减少关节压力和降低疼痛;老队员大多为慢性损伤、康复时间长、很难完全恢复,新队员损伤时间短、恢复快。To investigate and well prevent the athletic injury of Chinese curling players are the key for reducing the athletic injury and obtaining better performance, and meanwhile are important for improving the level of Chinese curling. The research objects include 13 male players and 12 female ones from Chinese national curling team. The results show that the type and causation of their athletic injuries are different ; the main injuries are chronic from the muscle fatigue and joint pressure increase which mostly due to the long-term over-use ; the rehabilitation training may improve the muscle tension and imbalance, reduce the joint pressure and pain ; the old players' injuries mostly are chronic in long recovery time and being hard to recover completely, the new players' ones are in short time and fast recovery.
