摘　　要：目的:探讨ⅢB型前列腺炎患者自传体记忆的特征及其与临床症状之间可能的联系。方法:应用自传体记忆测试(AMT)量表对30例ⅢB型前列腺炎患者及20例男性对照人群进行评分,对比两组人群之间自传体记忆特征的差异。分析前列腺炎患者症状及总体评分(NIH-CPSI)与自传体记忆评估结果之间的相关关系。结果:ⅢB型前列腺炎患者在具体性记忆评分方面显著低于对照组人群(P<0.001)。但在过度概括化记忆以及积极无相关记忆/记忆缺失评分方面,ⅢB型前列腺炎患者明显高于对照组人群(P<0.001)。ⅢB型前列腺炎患者的积极/消极AM反应时间延长,与对照组人群存在显著差异(积极AM反应时间,P<0.001;消极AM反应时间,P<0.01)。此外,ⅢB型前列腺炎患者NIH-CPSI症状评分及总评分均与患者具体性记忆评分呈负相关(r=-0.644,-0.634;P<0.001);而两者与患者的积极和消极AM反应时间呈正相关(积极AM反应时间r=0.527,P<0.05;r=0.497,P<0.01;消极AM反应时间r=0.576,P<0.001;r=0.464,P<0.01)。结论:长期罹患ⅢB型前列腺炎的患者,其症状可能诱发抑郁情绪,进而导致大脑提取自传体记忆功能受损,表现出自传体记忆过度概括化和记忆信息提取延迟。Objective：To study the characteristics of autobiographical memory in patients with type IIIB prostatitis and its relationship with the syndromes and the depression mood.Methods：Autobiographical memory test（AMT） scale was used to assess the depression status of 30 patients with IIIB type prostatitis and 20 normal control people. Symptoms of patients with prostatitis and the relationship between AMT test results were analyzed.Results：IIIB type prostatitis patients had obvious lower specific memories scores than control group（P 〈0.001）.But patients had significant higher over-general memories and no memory/ memory deletion scores than control group（P 〈0.01）. The average positive/negative AM reaction time in control group was faster than the prostatitis patients group（P 〈0.01）.NIH-CPSI symptom and total scores had a negative relationship with specific memories scores（r =-0.644,-0.634;P 〈0.001 ）,and had a positive relationship with AM reaction time（positive AM reaction time（r = 0.527, 0.497;P 〈0.05）;negative AM reaction time,r =0.576,0.464;P 〈0.01）.Conclusion：Depression mood from type IIIB prostatitis can cause autobiographical memory impairment,including over-general autobiographical memories and memory information extraction delay.
