摘　　要：本文以王国维的治学方法为论述中心,以其具体的学术实践为例证,指出其治学方法的可行性和有效性。在此基础上,论文进一步探讨王国维"不悬目的"而目的自生的治学方法背后所蕴含不以私利为念的治学态度,他的这一治学方法和学术态度对当下学界具有一定的警示意义,亦具有重要的参考价值。Focusing on Wang Guowei＇s scholarly research habits, this article uses his concrete academic practice as an example to show the practicability and effectiveness of his scholarly research method. Furthermore, this article then explores his scholarly research attitude implied in his scholarly research method of achieving the goal while ＂not claiming the goal＂. His scholarly research method and academic attitude bear some alarming significance for the present academicians, therefore also great value for reference.
